earning question about pakistan earnings

Hello gies, i got an earning question i worked for my employer for 14 months starting from july2002 till august 2003 thats 14 months so according to pakistan i got two income tax return my question is as my employer stated that i worked for him for 14 months can i send 14 months payslip but claim income points for 12 ? second question is because in pakistan the tax year finish in june so can i claim points on any 12 month payslips in these 14 months employment?

please note since 2003 i was a fulltime student, so thats why i am claiming points before studies.
