Court Procedings against a Ltd Company Naturalisation

Post by tier1o » Thu Mar 17, 2016 7:04 pm

Hi All,

I was asked the following questions today and I thought I will share it with more knowledgeable users of this forum.

1) Court proceedings on claims such as (copyright) etc against a limited company have any impact on the person (director) who is applying for naturalisation?

2) Do you have to disclose such cases ? (as the case is not against the person but a limited company) but in case the applicant is a sole director.

Thank you.

Not necessary, it's not relevant.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
