Is my continuous residency broken for 10 years long residenc

Post by vijayj » Fri Mar 18, 2016 9:50 am

I went out of UK to switch Tier2 G dependent to Tier2G main applicant visa. My Tier2 G visa approved and now returning to UK. Following is my dates.
Tier2 Dependent visa was valid until end of 2017.
Travelled on 22/02/2016
Applied New Visa on 25/02/2016
Got new visa valid from 29/03/2016.
Returning UK on 31/03/2016
Is my continuous residency broken?
Time spent during above trip out side UK is 37 days.
Time spent during above trip out side UK after new visa approval 31days.
Thanks for your advice.
