I am applying dependent visa for my 2 months old son.
Myself, my wife and my first son (7 years old) all three have ILR visa. I am right now in UK working here. From last 6 months my wife and first son were in India. We got the baby boy 2 months ago now we are planning apply for dependant Visa application for him.
Could somebody please answer my query and confirm if type of Visa and supporting docs are sufficient?
Query: Is it only lawyer can attest photocopies or I can get it attested by any gazetted officer? I think I can get it attested from post office. Is it correct?
