You can use this service for 4 main applicants and a maximum of 10 people per visit as per Gov.UK website. Fees in total is about £8500.

Is there anyone who has Entrepreneur extension application in June 2016 time?

We might be able to look into applying as group, share the costs, get the result same day.

Unfortunately we do not have this facility for tier 1 entrepreneur applications. (New or extension or ILR).

As was noted recently you can use this service although it is confusing as somewhere it says you can't.

The idea of sharing is very good. If the Mods agree worth a thread dedicated to sharing (those applying in say the same month).

Personally I am looking into early application (ILR) based on 10 employees if I can make the case that it is 10 person years of employment not 10 actual employees (for those who entered before 4/2014) in which case June might be good for me.

Do you have any more data on this? Has your solicitor confirmed this (not that that means much. I have seen on these boards evidence of many many solicitor mistakes....). It would be expensive to apply (doubly so with premium service) and then get thrown out because of this. In addition I would clearly put into the covering letter why IT IS legal.....

Well one could email the booking email and ask (ADC_MobileEnrolmentT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk). When asking quote both contradictory references.

Casa, in general does HO have a Q&A service to ask questions (and are answers binding?)

Checked with Home Office and this service is not available for Entrepreneurs whether it is Extension or ILR under Entrepreneur.

Will you applying under £200k, ILR on 10 jobs basis? Or what is your situation?

can you please check how you verified this with home office..Because I wrote them an email long ago but no response from them ..its been more than a month

And also I checked with couple of immigration solicitors and they confirmed that super premium is available

Please confirm because if it is something you confirmed through a phone call cannot be 100% true as everytime we call ,we get a different answer
