certificate of entitlement applicant signature

Post by baxter891 » Fri Apr 01, 2016 11:33 am

Hi, my wife has printed my sons application for certificate of entitlement(ROA)

The application needs a signature from the applicant, As my son is only 3 months old he obviously cannot sign it. can it be one of the parents signatures instead?

Thanks
kyle
