Spouse visa 9month Parm + 3 month LTD company

Hi,

I wonder if someone help me out here. I have gone out and ask advice on this matter from different people and everyone has said opposite to each other.

I need to apply spouse visa for my wife we got married in early march. I was working as a permanent till last December then I went to contracting and started my own LTD company and I am the only sole owner of the company and done a contract for 3 months which finished in end for February, but I haven't stopped the pay and dividend for following month march as i knew I was going to apply for her visa at the end of march.

Summary: 09 Months Permanent JOB (April,MAY, JUNE, July, AUG, SEP, OCT, NOV, DEC)+ 3 month LTD company (JAN, Feb, MAR)

Parm JOB: 55K
Contract (PAY+Dividend) JAN(1334.4 + 2000) + FEB(1334.4 + 2000) + MAR(1334.4 + 5000)

Now the problem is in the Apendex-FM they have clearly mentioned that company record has to be 12 month old and I am not sure how to represent that scenario to cover my situation and I wanted to apply before mid or April to avoid more complications.

Please can someone Guide me here how to proceed with the above situation.

It would have been less complicated if you had remained an employee in permanent work till your spouse had a visa.

You already quoted the regs - what you want to do will not be approved.

I was in a similar situation

4 months perm and then started contracting...decided to wait till I complete one year on contract. Got spouse on visitor visa meanwhile.

Just wanted to check that I am eligible for the below condition or not?

Permanent Job till December 2015 (55K/annual) + Jan no work + Fab no work + March no work + April part time employment 20 hours a week (20K/Annual bases)

Please can some one let me know if I was doing a permanent job till December 2015 and now i am showing partime work in April according to £18,600 bases I will be eligible for applying my wife spouse visa ??

How you left enough money in the Ltd's business account to pay VAT and CT?

I am not taking pay anymore from my company.

will not show any record for Ltd company. only will going to show parm employment.

I am not sure it will work, unless you can show that in the preceding 12 months prior to applying you have indeed earned 18600 from gainful employment and your current earning is at that rate per annum .

i am already providing previous 11 months plus the new job first month salary so whats the issue? ??

My mind is not on limited company at all, as you clearly will not qualify under that due to the circumstances of your case.

My mind is on Cat B employment, which is your only hope.

You have stated that your permanent job ended in December 2015, correct?

You have to provide the most recent proof of income with the latest evidence not being older than 28 days at the date of application and applying under Category B. If you are using employment and self employment through a ltd company, you have more documents that need to be provided.

OP cannot use Add self employment which has not lasted for 12 months, with employment under Cat B.


He can only rely in Cat B and savings over 16k.
