At PEO and came to know of a rejection due to tax issue

Hi today I am in PEO and waiting for my Tier2 visa application results.
But at reception one guy got rejection because hi previous tax data with HMRC and the salary at time of extension doesn't match.
So need to first sort out tax issues and apply afterwards.
I am curious because I have my 10 year ILR in pipeline next year and I haven't filled SA for 13-14 for my limited company opened for just 4 months and closed afterwards, with dividends paid 4500£, paid corporations tax 1100, no salary run during lets compay for turn over 9500 for 3 months.

It must be a regional PSC.

Call HMRC and clear the balance with them, send amendments.

I haven't registered for SA, so does it work Is it amendments or something else for 13-14

I hope you got the T2 visa without any problem but this is just to confirm.

I am going to apply for Tier 2 visa end of this month. I am in the same situation as you have mentioned in your post (haven't filled SA for 13-14). Just wondering if you tell us the Tier2 visa application result.

It will give me some confidence.

Hi I applied for T2 dependent visa and i got it on same day.
But some one who applied for ILR based on Tier1 got rejected for tax issue.
I am concern because i will apply next year based on 10 year and before i apply i will clear all my tax issue.
