Tier 2 Extension and Name Change

Hi All,

Need some help in my case.

I am on Tier 2 General visa valid till 30 / Sept / 2016. I am going to apply for extension in August 2016.

The issue is , Last year I changed my name. But I didnt transfer it to new passport or BRP.
I was able to travel showing my old passport visa and new passport with new name.

How do I approach this when I go for a visa extension or bring my dependant to UK as I about to get married.
Any advice pls ?
