British Passport Application from Overseas Country

I am a British Citizen by birth but have stayed all my life in India. Now I have recently moved to UAE and intend to apply for my British Passport. Looking for some valuable information on how I can apply from UAE as this is my first time application.

Thanks Amber. So I can hold onto my Indian passport until British passport arrives? Also any idea where the interview would happen as I am applying from UAE. Thanks again.

Please make sure you surrender your Indian passport and get a PIO or OCI ; you cannot have the Indian and british passports at the same time.
