Hi

Can you please advice,my partner has been working but now he's not working as Agency doesn't have shifts for him and we are struggling to pay rent now,we were considering to claim house benefit,we have 2 kids 1yr and 3yrs whom are British but the mother is South African still have to legalise her stay in the country.

Now the problem is on the form they ask details of me and my partner,she can't work,and doesn't have NI,any advice how we can claim house benefits.
