Urgent help UK Spouse visa employee letter

I am Non-salaried hourly paid agency employee, got paid every week..
my base salary is £15151 but i have earned more then £9300 in last 6 months, Can anyone please tell me whether I am eligible for apply under category A Non-salaried employee?? if I am eligible does it will matter if my employer write my annual basic earning is £15151 in the employer?? if any one help me reply my quarries will be great help. thx

I am bit confuse. If you have a fixed salary per annum then you come under salaried employment instead of non salaried

Non salaried employment is where you are not sure about number of hours i.e in case of zero hour contracts where you have irregular hours per week/months or where wages vary each week/month etc . I am applying under this category

Thx for your reply. I just want to make my situation clear,

I think I am Non salaried as i get paid hourly,Temp contract, I do different hours as business need, so my pays are different each week . but I work minimum of 35 hours. based on that my employer write me a letter i m eligible for annual gross income of £15151.

As per UKBA requirement I have to submit a employer letter confirming my gross annual earning, Thats why my employer which is agency have written down I am eligible for gross annual earning is £15151 based on my basic, but I have actually earned more then £9300 last 6 month by doing overtime.

Can anyone suggest me how should i request my agency to write about my annual gross earning?? and on the appendix2 form what should i write on the box where it want to know what is my gross annual earning??

My employer do mention in the letter i m a Non salaried employee.
