hi,
I'm going to apply for my wife visa. I just came to know I have to pay immigration health surcharges. Is it possible if I can pay this after sending the application or must do before sending it. The thing is tomorrow her visa is going to expire.
Any URGENT Help?

You need to pay the IHS before you apply. I believe there will be a reference number from the payment which you need to enter on the visa application

You are suppose to pay before you apply. See the link below.

It is the applicants responsibility to check they complete and pay for everything that needs to be paid. IHS has been in place for over a year.

Sorry what I was suppose to actually ask is how many days do they take to issue IHS number, do I have to apply well before applying for visa or can it be done last minute?
Thanks a lot.

IHS number is generated as soon as you apply and pay for it.
