Representing my Wife

Post by VFF » Fri Apr 22, 2016 1:20 pm

Hello Everyone

I have a very simple query but couldn't locate any similar query so thought will raise it.

Can I represent (not accompany) my wife in a PSC appointment? She is applying for ILR (Tier1 (G)) and nervous about it so thought whether i can represent her.

Thanks

VFF

No you can't represent her. The process is simple...she submits her documents and waits for a decision. She should ensure her tax records are in order before attending the appointment.
