Tier 2General dependant applying for ILR

Hi

My wife is applying for her ILR this month, and she was a tier2 general dependant for last 3 years and before she was on tier2 ict dependant for 4 years.

I had obtained my ILR in 2013 via tier2 general route and iam applying for her this month.

Questions:

Set(O) form , is the right form to use
what are income requirements for this application, as she is only a dependant on me, so she is not working
she had cleared her Life in Uk and B1 entry level test, is that sufficient?
