Tier 2 to Indefinite leave to remain- gap in between

Post by avi » Mon Apr 25, 2016 12:50 pm

Good afternoon all,

First of all let me say how great this forum has been over the years, thanks to everyone who takes time out to help each other.
I am planning to apply for Indefinite leave to remain in July 2016 as i will be completing 5 years in Tier 2. My employer has agreed to increase my salary to 35k from June 2016, as i understand i only need to submit my last month payslip.

My question is -
I was with my previous employer until 5th April 2015 and joined my current employer on 8th June 2015.
My Tier 2 visa with my current employer was initially refused on 11th May 2015 due to incorrect hours in COS.
I reapplied again with a new COS and got my visa 2nd time.
In my biometric card - its valid from 29th May 2015 and in my COS the start date is 8th June 2015.
My query is, am i affected as per the gap in 60 days according to guidelines. End date of previous employment 5th april 2015 and start date 8th June 2015 as per COS, even though my biometric card is from 29th May ?

Also, do i need to provide p60's for my last 5years in Tier 2 to ILR, i couldn't find this anywhere in guidelines, but have seen other members mentioning this in their application from tier 1 to ILR.

What are the documents required for my application from Tier 2 to ILR ?

Many thanks once again and look forward to hear from you'll.

Dear all,

What does Foreseeable future mean ( i.e how many months ?) as per ukba guidelines for 35k salary ILR application. Any thoughts ?
