HSMP - Contract job umbrella company earning

HSMP - Contract job umbrella company earning

Hi,

I am very much confused as I've just started a contract job through umbrella company but aim to apply for hsmp after one year. My weekly income is 412 pounds but the payslip also includes business expenses which are tax free as well as umbrella company fees + their NI.
So my query is when applying for HSMP, can I claim it on 412 pounds / week or 412-(business expense - employer NI - umbrella fees). Please donot just guess it, I need to know the exact rule so that in other case I can stop claiming the business expenses.

Why are you so confused?
Just include all and only those for which you pay tax? Simple ;-)
