Changing from Tier 2 ICT Long Term to Tier 2 General

Hi Everyone,

I have few questions regarding changing VISA from Tier 2 ICT long term to Tier 2 General. My visa was granted in 2015 and I am currently in UK.

As I have understood that there is very little room to change, without serving cooling off period.

The one thing I want to ask is what is this Established Staff clause? is it applicable on me?

Another question which I have is : Suppose I have another sponsor and willing to pay me more than 155K can I change to T2 General(or in other words change job) without serving cooling off period?

1. No.
2. Yes, you will not be required to serve the cooling-off period but you'll need to apply from outside the UK using a rCoS.
