checklist for visit visa - please review!

Hi all,

My mother-in law is going to apply UK visit visa from Pakistan for three weeks. She is going to attach following documents with her application. Please could you review it and comment if you think it needs changing.

- NOC from current employer - Govt. school
- 3 months bank statement + payslips + NIC copy
- 3 months bank statement of spouse + payslips + NIC copy
- Ownership document of the house they currently living in
- Elder son's 3 months bank statement + payslips + NIC copy
- University registration cards of two younger sons (they are mentioned in the dependent children part of the application form)
- Sponsorship letter (from me) confirming that she will be staying at my address and i'll be responsible for her living/travel expenses whilst she is in the UK for three weeks
- My 3 months bank statement + payslips
- Copy of my and my wife's passport and visa
- Land registry document of my 2 bedroom house

She currently has a balance of £2700 in her bank statement.

What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£): £800
The total amount of money you have for this trip: £2500
Ticket: £600
Is someone else paying part of your trip: Yes
Total cost of your trip including money others may be giving to you: £1300

She has mentioned that the estimated living/travel cost for three weeks in the UK is £500

Please advise if these docs are sufficient enough (in your opinion) to make a successful visit visa application.

Thanks @wanderer for your reply. I'm not quite sure on that tbh but that would be a good addition i think. I'll ask her to get that sorted if she can.

Include enough proof of ties to home country to show mom will return at end of trip.

@noajthan Thanks for your reply. So, do you think that the documents I mentioned above are sufficient enough to demonstrate strong ties with home country?
