IHS fee: Pay together or separately for dependant?

Hi

Could you please help, I'm applying for a T2 extension along with 1 dependant who's with me. Just about to pay IHS after I added my dependant details in the form, it displays £1200 in the payment summary, for both of us.

Is it one single IHS payment and one IHS reference number for the two of us ? Or do we need separate IHS reference numbers ?

Also will it be two separate extension application as well ?

I searched through this forum for the last 1hour and could not find an answer

So I should use the same IHS reference number for the two separate online applications, correct ?

Hi, it seems Bank details questions for fund maintenance are mandatory to fill in on the PBS Dependant application . I was under the impression that Maintenance was not required for Tier 2 extension ??

How do I bypass this to complete the PBS dependant form please ? My company has only certified maintenance for the myself.

I just paid in total for IHS for myself and my dependant and got 1 IHS reference number.

I logged into my Tier 2 online application and do not see any fields/sections to add in my IHS reference number. Is this normal ??
