UK Tier 2 to Tier 2 save dependent fee

Hi,

I am on Tire 2 visa with 3 dependent .i want to change my existing sponsor with the new sponsor.As currently premium service fee is £1,164. applying for 4 persons cost allot .


To save money if I apply visa using premium service. After getting Visa I apply to rest of my family visa by post save £500 each . I need legal advice on it .

a) is there is any problem using this approach
b) how much time I have to apply visa to the family after getting my one .(valid time period )
c) I pay nhs fee for 3 years and this is first year 6 month . how much more need to pay
