Tier 2 General Change of Employer

Dear All,

Recently i got a Tier 2 General visa (in country-leave to remain) and yet to start that job. However, i also got an another offer from different employer with higher salary, who is ready to provide me a CoS.

Here my question is, can I apply for Tier 2 general visa with my new CoS from my employer?

Kindly clarify this!
