Irish Affidavit for re-entry Visa

Hi,

We are trying to apply re-entry visa for parents and once of requirement is to produce Irish Affidavit stating the dependency, has any one come across such situation? Not sure how to get an affidavit,

You need to draft it attesting to the existence of a relationship of dependency, and a solicitor or commissioner of oath will have to sign it, and you take it to the department.
