Dependent visa

Hello everyone,

Just a quick question, can I apply dependent visa for my wife as my extension is due Jan-2017 (almost 8 months away)
Just to confirm, is there cap on remaining time period?

I don't think that there is a cap on the remaining period as PBS dependant.

Should be no problem at all, my extension is due in October and called my wife in February without any hassle.

I was wondering if I can ask you a few questions about this:

1) Did you apply for your wife's dependant visa from Bahrain?

I currently am on a Tier 2 visa and my wife has just applied for her dependant visa from Bahrain so that she can join me here in the UK.

2) If you have applied from Bahrain, was her application approved?

I am asking because when she went to the VFS centre in Bahrain, they said that they have never seen a PBS dependant application before.
