If your husband is an EEA/EU citizen, you don't get a spouse visa. You apply for an EEA Family Permit.

If your husband is a British citizen, then you apply for a spouse visa.

The EEA family permit is technically not a visa.

Apply for a residence card once you are in the UK: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... orm-eea-fm

I don't see why a Nikah from Pakistan would not be recognised by the UK. If the paperwork is not in English you will probably need to have it translated.
