Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant documents submission?

I am applying for my wife Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant visa from Pakistan

The question is, will I have to send my documents to Pakistan and she will submit there?
OR i have to bring her documents here in UK and post it to Sheffield Home Office address?

she should submit her passport in Pakistan, and give her biometrics there.

I applied 2.5 years ago.
Back then I sent all documents to Pakistan. She
Booked an appointment for TB screening there.
She did the TB screening then booked the application appointment
paid visa fee there, given biometrics and submitted application all 3 on the same day.

At present it might all be different.
So please check further with seniors on this forum.
