ILR Postal Application - AMEX card query

Hi All,

I am going to post my application by end of May.
I want to pay visa fees from Corporate AMEX card provided by employer.

As per the set (O) form,
I need to fill details such as valid from, expiry date, CVV number etc.

Question:
(1) "Valid From" is not mentioned in the AMEX card I have, Is it OK if I leave this blank?

(2) Has any member who is reading this topic paid using the AMEX card for postal application recently?
