Spouse Visa Entry Clearance - Bank Statement after Visa

Hi,

For applicants who applied under the Cash Savings Category - D i.e. more than £62,500. Do the sponsor need to maintain the balance after the Entry clearance Visa is issued and until the spouse arrives in the UK?

My husband has received an entry clearance but he will be arriving after nearly a month but I need to invest the savings before he arrives as I am getting a bargain on a property.

Would it affect when he arrives at the airport as the savings won't be in my account?
