Refused british citizenship due to error in dates

I applied for citizenship in Nov 2015 through CNS.2 days ago I got a letter for my refusal as i do not meet the good character because i was working without permission in nov 2006. How ever this is not the correct date, I was found working without permission in nov 2005 not 2006. I arrived in uk 2003 and claimed on entry. Got Indefinite leave 2010.Any advice on what to do?

Breaches of immigration rules can result in a 10-year ban from the time HO is aware of it.
If you applied in Nov 2015 then Nov 2005 was still in range and any ban period due that activity still depends on when HO became aware of the illegal working.

The refusal letter probably advised if/when you may reapply.

Thanx the letter said any application before 2020 will be normaly refused.My question is when does the 10 year start? Is it from when i was convicted or when i got the ILR? Another concern is why they are mentioning 2006 when its 2005?

2006 could be a typo.

My understanding is any ban period depends on when HO became aware of illegal working and when your stay was regularised.
In your case that appears to be from 2010 - resulting in a ban until 2020.

Your 10 start since you legal in immigration system. Which is 2010
did you receive your ILR out of immigration rule, like legacy?
