Claiming Benefits on ILR

I and My wife both had ILR since March 2016 Via Tier 1 General; we had two UK born children, 7 years and 3.5 years Old. I applied for their MN 1 Registration.
I and my wife will be Applying for Naturalization in March 2017.
So is there any benefits that will affect our Naturalization application or we can claim whatever we are eligible for and it will not affect our Naturalization Applications.
