Shall I pay visa fee for a 3.5 year child (EC)?

Dear fellows,

Shall I pay visa fee of 200 GBP for a 3.5 year child if I am going to take him with myself and my wife?

Yes you have to unless you plan to carry him / her in your luggage.... :lol: :lol:
