Can a PBS Dependent ( Tier 1 Entr dep) apply for Tier 2

Can a PBS Dependent ( Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant) apply for Tier 2, can the company sponser them if they have NQF level 6/4 Job & meet salary requirement . Please let me know

If they qualify and meet the requirements for a Tier 2 General and the full and proper RLMT process has been done, then yes. They will have to apply from home country though.
