Which Form We need to fill?

Dear Senior Member!

I am currently on Tier-2 visa and intention to apply ILR on 10-years long residency basis via Set (LR) form in June-2016. I need to know my wife is living with me in UK from last 8-years on dependant visa so my query is if i apply ILR through Set (LR) form which form i need to fill for my wife?

Plz advise as your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated.

FLR(M) which will only be granted if she meets the requirements and AFTER your ILR is approved (depends on if you apply in person of by post)
