PEO fee refund not received

Hi

I had cancelled my PEO appointment of 11 May on 4th May and it has been almost 4 weeks (tomorrow) and not received my fee back. I have rebooked another appointment which is due on 10/06 but I am waiting for a refund on £5700. I have emailed 3 times as suggested in previous posts but have not heard anything back yet.

Is there any way I can contact them by phone?
Anyone who had cancelled the appointment, can you tell me how long did it take to get your money back
