In UK Since April 2010 , Any idea on Ireland Job/Settlement

Hi Guys,

I hope you are doing good !!!

I am in UK since 16 APR 2010 on TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF . Even after 6 years I cant settle in UK as I missed the ILR settlement from 6 days (after 6 April 2010 cannot qualify for ILR after 5 years).

Do you know if I can apply for settlement in Ireland and get settle & jobs ?

Pls help me or guide me if you can...

You would need a sponsor and a work visa to be able to work in Ireland and a period of residency before you can 'settle'. Your current UK visit is irrelevant to Ireland immigration.

You cannot transfer your time served in UK to any other country if that's what you are asking.

The whole of Europe is on UK's doorstep but you would need to follow the domestic visa process for each country.

As well as great memories and new contacts, your time in UK has given you more experience in an international setting and has presumably boosted your CV - the rest is up to you.
