Post by nowfal » Sun Jun 05, 2016 10:00 pm

Hi
I have a TIER 2 ICT- Short term Visa valid till Jan 2017 sponsored by a Indian Company A and i work for a client company B in UK .

Now i got a offer to work in the client company B. Is it Legal .

If so what should be Visa type i should switch from Tier 2 ICT- Short term?

If i need to switch to Tier 2 General category is it possible with out cooling period. What is the required eligible salary required for Tier 2 General category

If you have a spouse/partner who could apply for a Tier 2 General then you could switch to Tier 2 G Dependent visa.

Yes, In addition, if your Job comes under Shortage Occupation, you may not have a cool off. I stand to be corrected here.

@poper: Correction here. If the job is under shortage occupation list, RLMT is not required. However, cooling off period still applies.
