Legal way to get 84 days holidays out of UK

I am on UK Tier 2 General. I have following paid holidays,

Holidays = 34 (excluding weekend) days
Holidays including weekends = 49 days

How can I take 31 days (including weekends) more holidays ? My employer is ready to give me parental leave, this will be unpaid.

Please tell me how can I take these holidays. Any shortcuts or work arounds ?
