Tier 2 ICT Long term staff Migrant to Tier 2 General.

Hello Manci,

I m currently on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant issued in 2014. Previously on Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Migrant in 2013. If another company is ready to sponsor me Tier 2 General Visa, Can I switch to Tier 2 General ?

1. If Yes, can I apply from here in UK or should I go back to my country to apply ?
2. If No, is there any way I can switch. Awaiting your reply.
