EC form filling: Q5.6

Hi All ,

While filling the EC form VAF2 , I'm not clear what the answer to

"Q5.6 Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?"

should be?

Should I mention the recent (one and only that I have made) HSMP application details here ?
