Right to work

HI all

Please help me out!!!

Tier 4 visa (20 hrs work right) expired in Dec 2013
I applied for tier1 (entrepreneur) visa in Dec 2013.
Refused in Apr 2014 with right to appeal.
Appeal right exhausted(from upper tribunal) in Nov 2015. And lost right to work as 3c leave stopped.
Applied for SET (LR) in Nov 2015 (10 years route) within 28 days.
Application refused in June 2016 with appeal right.
Now waiting for hearing date

My question is "can I apply for right to work as I am struggling financially with my wife and 9 month old baby while waiting for court decision on human right ground?"

If yes please advice me how and where to apply.

Sorry about the situation, Hoque. Personally, I can't think of any right to work category you can apply for, apart from the one you are waiting for. I would assume they would see this application as an appl for Discretionary Leave. However, still wait for eminent members to chip in. You might have to provide more info though.
What was their exact reason for refusing your SET LR application?
