Unrestricted Cos supporting documents [urgent]

I'm switching T2 in the UK. The new employer has just completed the 28-day RLMT a week ago and i was told that they are in the process of applying me a COS.

However, i find it quite strange that their HR hasn't asked for any of my personal information like passport number, date of birth or supporting documents like degree qualifications. Are these information not required for CoS application?
