HO fee description

Morning all.
Just a question.
Applied PR on 18/06/2016
HO Received on 20/06/2016

Today I was looking at the bank account and there is a Debit transaction of £65 with EURO description.
Does it mean HO already charged me ?
Dont know what EURO description means.

Yes it's the EEA (EUROpean Economic Area) application processing department at the Home Office in Liverpool.
