ILR eligibility date?

This is for my wife:

Tier 2 Dependent obtained on 01/11/2012
First Entry to the UK 17/01/2013
Tier 2 Dependent Extension issued 27/10/2014
Tier 2 Dependent Extension Expiry 13/11/2017

She meets all the other requirements for ILR, but when is the earliest she can apply for ILR?

As she came in to the UK after July 2012, I think she has to be here for 5 years to get ILR, is that right?

It'll be great if you guys can help me workout the earliest date she can apply for ILR.

She can probably apply 28 days before 01/11/2017 if there is no change in rules at that time. Did you get ILR?
