Police Checks in UK - De Facto Visa

Post by jimmydaz » Wed Dec 05, 2007 12:05 am

Hi
In the process of getting paperwork ready to apply for a Defacto Visa.

Is it necessary to get a Police Check done for this type of visa application?

If so, do I just contact my local police station?

Cheers

Or if you are living in Thamey Valley then simply fill this form as I did yesterday after inquiring from Berks police station.
