Business Activities of Event Management

Hi Grus,
Need some argent opinions about my business activities. May 2014 we got our 50 thousand Entrepreneur Visa as an Event management organisation. From beginning we started our event business under a restaurant. Same time we are doing restaurant and event business in a same building under same company and we are using the same business account for both business. you could say its just same business. we do small and large party up to 40 people booking in restaurant and provide event service as we have a party room in our restaurant and as usual restaurant service as well. Even we do Just Eat as well. So far our 50 thousand investment is done and 5/6 (settle) employees are working in our company.
Today I been to see one of the legal consultant about out next year visa extension. But he said we have done completely wrong. We cant do event and restaurant business together. According to him restaurant business activities are very different than and event business activities.
Can you please give your honest opinion and suggestion about our business activities as we are going to extinction our visa next year.

if you are using SOC Code 3456 as Event Manager and SIC code 56210 "Event Catering Activities", then indeed your restaurant activities are different.

Nature of business (SIC)

56101 - Licensed restaurants
56210 - Event catering activities
Can you suggest us please how could we establish that we are doing event business in our restaurant if there is any way.
