Schengen visa query

Post by dada » Sat Jul 02, 2016 10:34 am

I was issued a Schengen visa as a spouse of a UK citizen and we have travelled into Europe once with it. As it is a multiple entry visa, I’m wondering if it means that each time it is used that we must be travelling together or if I can use it on my own? I ask this because when we actually arrived, they did not check whether my spouse was travelling with me as we went to separate windows/immigration officials. The same when we were leaving. Will I be denied entry if I show up on my own?

Thank you

If you have a Schengen visa, you can travel on your own.
