Residency in Hungary or Poland as spouse of an EU citizen?

I'm trying to find out the process of becoming a resident or a long-term visitor of Hungary or Poland as the spouse of an EU citizen (British). Is there a similar arrangement to the UK EEA Family Permit in Hungary or Poland?

I do not really need the work permit - I just need to be able to 'live' there beyond the standard 90 days, although work permit would be quite welcome too.

My Internet search so far yielded rather little information. If anyone could post a reliable link, I would be most grateful.

By the way, I am an Australian citizen.
