Counting of continuous stay in the Czech Republic

Hi there,

I am spouse of Czech citizen. I have 5 years Temporary residence permit in Czech Republic.
1. To get the Permanent residence how long I need to stay in Czech republic? (i.e 3 or 5 years)
2. How long I can be adsent in year in order to comply the continuous stay rules?
3. Do I need to be insured these years even I stay outside Czech republic?
