Got EC. Query on dependent EC

Hi Everyone,

I got EC for 2 yrs from 4th Dec. I now want to apply for my wife as dependent EC. Can you pls give me information regarding the documents required for filing my wife's EC ? Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi,

These are the documents submitted for my spouse:

1. Fully completed VAF2 Form + Visa fee.
2. One passport size photograph.
3. Photocopy of spouse’s HSMP approval letter from Work Permits (UK).
4. Valid passport with photocopy of personal detail page.
5. Two previous passports.
6. Marriage certificate with photocopy.
7. Spouse’s contract and email from future employer in UK.
8. Contract from current employer in Malaysia, as we are on work permit in Malaysia, and applied EC in Malaysia.
9. Bank statements for the last 5 months.
