NHS Surcharge refund

Hi All.

I paid for NHS surcharge in July, 2015 for 3 years (Tier 2 General). Changed my job in April, 2016 and paid NHS surcharge again and got my visa later. I have seen FOI replies from home office that you can get refund if you have paid twice for same time period. Searched a lot on internet, but not able to find anyway to apply for refund or contact details of relevant department to apply for refund.

Is there any1 at this forum who know the correct procedure or received refund ?

Hello I would email IHS refund and see what they reply, i paid mine three times for same application but not like yours, i emailed them and they refunded me two IHS payment in 2 days which was very quick . Good Luck.
